4. Discreet Packaging
We value your privacy. All Velamour orders—especially our Lingerie and Fantasy collections—are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no mention of the specific contents on the exterior label. The sender name will appear as "Velamour" or our registered logistics partner.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and an SMS with your Tracking ID and a link to track your package in real-time. You can also track your order directly on our website via the "Track Order" page.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
To provide a seamless shopping experience, we offer Cash on Delivery for most pin codes.

7. Important: Unboxing Video Requirement
To protect against transit damage or missing items, we strictly require a continuous unboxing video (from opening the seal to inspecting the product) for any claims regarding damaged or wrong items. Without this video, we may be unable to process an exchange.
