Velamour Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Velamour. We strive to provide a premium experience for our customers. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality for our luxury intimate wear, we have established the following policy:

1. Return Window

  • Night Suits: Returns for Night Suits are accepted within 1 day (24 hours) of delivery.

  • Prompt Action: Due to the limited window, please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and initiate a return request if necessary.

2. Return Shipping Fees

  • A flat rate return shipping fee of ₹99.00 applies to all eligible returns.

  • This amount will be deducted from your final refund total or collected during the return process.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

To ensure hygiene and safety, the following 4 collections are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  1. Lingerie Sets

  2. Panties & Briefs

  3. Bodysuits

  4. Clearance/Sale Gallery Items

4. Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a refund on permitted items (Night Suits):

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days, minus the ₹99.00 shipping fee.
