Return & Exchange Policy


  • 1. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition based on the order placed.
  • 2. However, if the product does not match the one you have ordered, please use the WhatsApp chat on our website to contact us and provide details within 24 hours of delivery of your order. Alternatively, you can email us within the above-mentioned time frame at customercare@velamour.in. If approved, the refund will be processed within 8-9 business days, and the funds will be credited to the original method of payment.
  • 3. When you place an order, it can be canceled on the same day by reaching out to our customer care before your order is shipped. If you cancel your order in time, we will refund the entire amount back into your account. It may take 8-9 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
