Kindly follow the burning instructions mentioned on the box or warning label for best results. Incase you are not burning the minimum hours as prescribed on the box during your first burn,the candle tends to have a burn memory which can lead to tunnelling.

Mostly it is two years from the date of manufacturing.

When you place an order it can be cancelled on the same day by reaching out to our customer care before your order is shipped. If you cancel your order in time, we will refund the entire amount back into your account. It may take 8-9 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

The candles are properly tested to insure that it meets international quality standards. However, if you experience soot or black smoke kindly trim the wick to 1/4th mm.

Tip : You may use wick trimmer tool in order to achieve the desirable length for your wick. In case you don't have the tool at your disposal, a nail cutter can also do the job fantastically!

Wet spots may appear due to changes in environmental temperatures. It might look unappealing for few but this has no impact on the burning quality of the candle.
